Open Enrollment is Coming! Uh, what was my User Name???
Open Enrollment is just a few weeks away. Over the next few weeks we will be discussing ways to help you navigate your options and keep the confusion to a minimum. This is the first in a series of short blog posts with tips on how to prepare for Open Enrollment. While most of these tips are geared towards Washington state's WAHealthPlanFinder.org, they should apply to HealthCare.gov as well.
If you are like most folks, you probably haven't logged on to your account for months. Do you remember your user name and password?
TIP #1: Logon to WAHealthPlanFinder.org
Verify that you can logon to your account
Update your password if necessary
If you can't logon, what should you do?
Use the prompts to retrieve your user name and password
Call the WAHealthPlanFinder at 1-855-WAFINDER (1-855-923-4633)
Call your agent for assistance
If you don't have an agent, call Hagen Insurance Partners - we are happy to help!
Download the new mobile app, WAPlanFinder (iPhone and Android)
We will discuss the new app in a future post - for now just download it and make sure you can logon to your account.

Remind a friend about Open Enrollment - it's much shorter this year, so it's important that we get the word out!
